Welcome House is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization, solely dependent financially on contributions from individuals, corporations and foundations. No funds are provided by any government entity, therefore the program is not a taxpayer burden. Much of the financial support comes through fundraising events, including three golf tournaments, an annual civic dinner and several group fund-raising events in the community throughout the year. 100% of all tax-deductible contributions go directly to the administration and operation of Welcome House projects and programs. In addition to (or in lieu of) participating in our community events, there are several other ways you can help Welcome House realize its goals. |

Welcome House is always in need of men's clothing. Since most of our residents were homeless, our "clothes closet" constantly needs to be resupplied. Additional items needed are paper goods, bath towels, men's toiletries, twin size bed linens, blankets, and pillows. To make a donation please call us at 816-472-0760 to arrange a pick up, or items may be dropped off at your convenience at Welcome House, 1414 E. 27th Street, Kansas City, MO 64108-2924. |
